Instructions to crack 
  1. Install Fresh Tally. If you have any demo database it is advocated you delete it first.
  2. Run Tally.exe (Original)
  3. Press A: Activate License
  4. You must be offline or close internet.
  5. Put any data in Serial Number, Activation Key and  any email id.
  6. Press Enter
  7. Click 2. Continue in offline mode
  8. You will find msg as tally.req.lic file created.
  9. Close Tally
  10. Now open folder where Tally is installed as C:/Tally.ERP9
  11. Rename file tally_req.lic to simply tally.lic
  12. Download Cracked File from above and replace tally.exe
